Monthly Recipe // 2 of 12


In February, I chose to make some energy bites for my monthly recipe. I had always seen them around online and had been wanting to try them out, so I pulled the trigger. I made this last minute and improvised a bit with the ingredients. I didn't have coconut on hand, so I excluded that. I also added chia seeds and vanilla protein powder to my mix. I used this recipe.
I certainly plan to make these again, they were actually rather filling and make for an easy breakfast option to make in advance.
