Monthly Recipe // 4 of 12

This month I kept things simple. I just got back from a long weekend in CO (recap post to come) so I wanted something light and healthy.

I made a few edits to the recipe. Basically I added the veggies I wanted (tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions, olives and peppers) and instead of using reduced-fat ranch, I used a cup of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt and mixed it with half a packet of dry ranch seasoning. This would make a perfect side for summer BBQs.
